Homemaker & Personal Care Services
At Helpful Hearted Providers, LLC., we ensure that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities lead healthy, happy lives, no matter if they live independently, with family or with other individuals. Our In-home Homemaker and Personal Care Services bring members of our caring staff into an adult’s home to offer the following:
- Community Integration
- Homemaker assistance
- Personal care
- Scheduled and emergency respite
- Transportation coordination
- Other individualized supports as needed
Our personalized services help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities accomplish their daily activities, learn new skills and live as independently as possible in their own home. We get to know each person in the program and design services that leverage their strengths and help them know what to expect no matter the challenges or activities in a given day.
Whether it’s cleaning, cooking, maintaining good hygiene, or walking to the store, the individuals in our In-Home Homemaker and Personal Care Services program learn at a pace that’s comfortable for them so they can build confidence for the future.

Our company strongly believes that every individual deserves the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential. We are looking for individuals to fill the role of Direct Support Provider. The right candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. If you have prior experience working with developmentally disabled adults in a direct care role, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities include: Provide supervision and guidance for individuals during skills building activities.Implement individual treatment plans for residents.Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene.Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship.Update case notes on a daily basis.Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times.
Qualifications:
- At least 21 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Be able to pass a BCI/FBI background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Have 5 or fewer points on your driver’s record and have car insurance.
